Human resources
Every employee record, leave balance and payslip in one system.
Employee records, leave, attendance, payroll and self-service in one system — from the day someone is hired to the day they leave.
Overview
HR work is mostly record-keeping, and record-keeping spread across folders, spreadsheets and email is where disputes start: a leave balance nobody can prove, a contract that expired last month, a payslip that has to be recalculated by hand.
We put all of it in one system. Employee records, leave, attendance and payroll share the same data, so a promotion is entered once and reaches the next payroll run without being retyped.
Staff answer their own routine questions — balances, payslips, requests — from a browser or their phone, and managers approve from the same place. HR gets its time back for the work that develops people.
Modules
18 modules, one system
All of it shares the same records, the same access control and the same audit trail. Start with the modules you need and switch the others on as you grow into them.
Employee records
One record per employee: personal details, next of kin, contract, salary history, documents and photograph.
Organisation structure
Companies, branches, departments and designations, with reporting lines and an org chart built from the records.
Contracts and documents
Contracts, permits and certificates held with the employee, with reminders before each one expires.
Recruitment
Vacancies, applicants, interview stages and offers, with the hire carried into onboarding.
Onboarding and probation
A checklist per new starter across HR, IT and the line manager, and a probation review that cannot be missed.
Leave
Leave types, accrual rules, carry-over and balances, with requests routed to the right approver and Tanzania’s public holidays loaded for the year.
Attendance and shifts
Shift rosters by branch or department, check-in from the employee app, and import from biometric or time clocks.
Timesheets and overtime
Hours against a project, shift or cost centre, approved before they reach payroll.
Payroll
Salary structures defined once and assigned to employees or groups, payroll runs, salary slips, the payroll register and a bank payment file.
Statutory deductions
PAYE, NSSF or PSSSF, WCF, SDL and HESLB repayment configured to the obligations that apply to you, with the figures each return needs.
Loans and advances
Staff loans and salary advances with a repayment schedule recovered automatically each run.
Expense claims
Claims with receipts attached, approved by the manager and paid through payroll or the ledger.
Performance
Objectives, appraisal cycles, ratings and feedback, kept with the employee’s record.
Training
Training plans, attendance and certificates, so required competencies can be evidenced.
Employee self-service
Staff check in, request leave, claim expenses and open their payslips from a browser or the mobile app.
Exit and final dues
Resignation or termination, clearance checklist, final pay calculation and a certificate of service.
HR reporting
Head count, joiners and leavers, turnover, leave liability and payroll cost by department or branch.
Access and audit
Who may see which employee data, enforced by role, with sensitive actions written to an audit log.

Common questions
Part of it. Payroll runs on the same employee records as leave and attendance, so a promotion, a new joiner or an unpaid day is entered once and the next run picks it up — no re-keying between two systems. Our payroll and workforce page goes deeper on the calculation, approval and reconciliation side for employers whose payroll is the harder half of the problem.
Access is role-based and limited to what each person needs. Sensitive actions are logged. We help you define access rules that reflect your policies and applicable data protection law.
Interfaces can be delivered in English and Kiswahili where required. We agree language scope during discovery.
Yes — each is set up as a rule in the salary structure, so a run produces the deduction and the figures the return needs. Rates and bands change, so they are configuration you or we can update, not something fixed in the code. We confirm which obligations apply to your organisation during discovery and test them against a payroll you have already run.
We recommend it. One full month is calculated in the new system alongside your current process and the two are reconciled employee by employee. Nothing goes live until the difference is zero or explained.
Through the mobile app: check in, leave balances and requests, expense claims and payslips. Where staff have no smartphone, HR or a supervisor acts on their behalf and the record still shows who entered what.
Usually. Most devices can export or expose their logs, and we import them against employee records. Which device you have decides how clean that is, so we check the specific model during discovery rather than promising it in advance.
